the Gubei Project

The project is located in a quiet neighborhood 6 kilometers southwest to central Shanghai. The neighborhood is constructed during the mid 90s. The apartment itself is located on the first floor of this lovely three-story, French style inspired building, with a garden attached to its south. The total floor area of this apartment comes in at 179 square meters. 

The owner hopes to have the apartment completed renovated due to wear and tear. And she wants the apartment to be divided into two sections for herself and family. 

After consideration, the owner goes with floor plan #2. The construction started in mid-August 2021, and is planned to finish in March 2022.
